I use to do Delia’s and use to use a fine skewer and feed it with alcohol every week 🥴
Mine really don’t like xmas cake or pudding so I don’t really make them now . Made it more for my Nan and dad and in-laws who would be round for Christmas and when I had a few days off instead of 2 ..

Just to update I made the delihas cake yesterday 😋is now in the tin for Christmas. Will feed with brandy oce a week, but looks good so far, Thankyou 😊

I use a be-ro recipe. I made 12 small ones last week that I've frozen.
