No (not the actual tesco voucher)

But - you can gift the voucher that you buy with the clubcard voucher, or you can combine your tesco accounts into a single account (which works if you are partners but not so good if you are just friends)

Also hotels.com aren't a good use of the voucher if you suspect you might cancel the booking.

The voucher is only good to be used once, if you cancel the booking (even if technically you are booking a hotel that would be cancellable) you don't get the vouvher back you lose it completely
