I won a box of quality street and a pack of felt tips for fastest time on the scalectrix at the local fete (circa 1982). Maintaining this winning streak I won a gold fish the following year (3 darts in 3 playing cards)

Nursing degree aged 30

Had trials for All England netball team.. failed but tried

I got baga awards for gymnastics 3&4, a early swimming award but I didn’t get past jumping in and swimming a width. Loads of badges at brownies and guides, even got a firefighter badge and went to the fire station for 8 weeks. We got loads of awards at Debenhams for the dept and had lots of meals out, champagne receptions, cash bonuses. I worked at Mecca bookmakers and we had to go to London for training, I got 97% in the end test top of the class. Never did great at school but got 5 CSES. I won a dance competition with a partner dancing to Annie I’m not your daddy! Pretty 💩 really

I won a pram race at the local galaday,I was the baby in the pram and my best friend was a nurse pushing me 🤣

50p prize in 1972 for the best pressed wild flower collection in the class. The teacher hated me and nearly choked when having to hand over the 50p.

I made sure I won it and had my parents driving all over the place for me to collect wild flowers. "STOP THE CAR" I see a blue striped daisy etc...

Back in the 1950's, at primary school, I won a Cadbury Essay prize. Boxes of "flat twenties", I'd never seen so many chocolates.
