Well you have taken the hardest step and that is joining.. I am about 14 weeks in and have lost almost 2.5 stone so far but i am a big lady so weight loss is a bit easier than some of the slimmer members... You will find lots to eat and even better if you like to cook...As has been mentioned please stay to group as you get great tips and lots of inspiration from other members... I have gone from a size 24 to an 18 ish and feel so much better for it... Good luck and enjoy your worthwhile journey..

Thank you and well done on your weight loss so far. That's amazing.

Yes will definitely be staying to group to get my head around it all. I have done it before so know the general idea but there's obviously been some changes.

Bacon and eggs for breakfast today. Idea is to keep me full so I don't pick and graze dieing the day.

There’s quite a big thread on social groups and the idea is to post pics of your meals and recipes.
I used to post on it quite a lot but haven’t for a while now although I think when I get home next week and start group again I’ll start contributing to it again.
