Mobile French site documents

Hi all,

I booked my trip for September through the French website in which they sent me a confirmation email with links to documents. Will I get anything sent out to me in the post? How do I link my booking to the DL app?

Thanks

If you've booked directly with Disney you should have a confirmation email (check your Spam folder in case it's snaffled in there). That email will have your confirmation number, where you can add your reservation to your DLP account.

Yeah I’ve tried to link both the customer number and the reservation number I have on my emails but none of them are working

Ok, a couple of possible options here.

If you bought on the French site, you'll need to change your language on the DLP site to French - chances are you'll then be able to link your reservation (albeit it will all be in French language!)

Alternatively, and only in some circumstances, it may be because DLP are waiting for the balance to be paid.

Hi, I’ll try the first option there, balance has been paid fully already. Also, we’re looking to book inventions, when I call up do I have to pay the full amount at time of booking or can we pay when we turn up?

Cool - good luck (or bonne chance )

I *believe* you only need to book, and you pay on the day but I'm sure more knowledgeable folk with first hand experience of Inventions will confirm or clarify

Does anyone know if you can link an annual pass on the app?

You can't link the AP, there's nothing on there for it! If you have an Infinity pass there's a link to the site to book the viewing areas

We booked through the French website and didn’t get anything through the post - I printed everything off to take with us, but I imagine showing the details on my phone would have done just as well.
