Ive just got through to Destiny at Guest Services and my phone has just cut me off! Im so angry. Whats the chances they phone me?

Same happened to me, after 1 hour, 59 mins and a brief chat with a very unhelpful undisney person, call ended... back on hold now, another 90+ minute wait

They may be trying to call you back. I took a call from my boss just after I got cut off and was contemplating calling back. When I came off the call from my boss I had got a voicemail from Destiny saying they will credit the £588 and she will send me a new invoice, which I have now received.

So all good in the end and I am happy. Good luck to everyone else and I hope you get your money back.

It was a lady called Destiny. Mine was exactly 2 hours also. I believe some mobile providors have a maximum 2 hour call length so bear that in mind if phoning from your mobile.

No, sadly I never got a call back, and I have call waiting so I'd know if they tried since I've been back on hold... 1hr 24 mins...
I guess Destiny was a lot more willing to help

She was lovely to be fair. I dont know if it helped but it was her that I spoke to earlier in the week when I initially enquired about moving.
