after almost 3 hours on the phone we have jumped ship too and moved to POR
my mde seems a bit confused tho and havent had a confirmation email yet 🙈  |

Think MDE can take a few days to update. This is what was mentioned when we arranged to move to POR.
Just passed 1st hour of being on hold to try and get my money back
