Odd how they have not just transferred you to Heathrow like Virgin have done.

Plenty of flights on that day going to JFK from LHR.

Yes we prefer T5 and its also closer. However it does suit us at the moment to cancel.

Same here, but at least I know I can safely cancel all the other things now and can look forward to next year and extending to 3 weeks

From the voucher email I received it doesn't look like you would get a cash refund if the new flight was cheaper

'If there is a difference in price from the original booking, any increase is payable by you at the time of re-booking and any decrease is refundable with a further voucher.'
