Getting money off credit card

Might be stupid question but we are (hopefully) due a ref7nd on our flights soon. I paid with my credit card so obviously the money will go onto that. my question is how to I get it into my account?

We had similar earlier in the year. As we had no other balance on our card, I just called them and they transferred it to our bank account.
