Booking Confirmation not linking hotel on MDE...
Who is the best person to call to fix this? Im within my 60 days FP booking now and not sure if i should be calling Disney or TC?
I'm presuming my booking ref is the 8 digit character splattered on my booking details!

I think you need to contact TC as they are who you booked with.

I called disney with a similar issue I was having with a Virgin booking and they were very helpful, got it sorted.

What number did you call? I called one on their website and they said they couldn’t see my booking

How long ago did you book? If it was within the last couple of weeks it may take time to connect... with the 60 days approaching I wouldn't leave it a minute longer to contact someone if you booked a while ago!

I booked 3 days ago as it was a last minute decision. I expected the booking to have linked by now

it will just be because of timings. phoning them won't make it happen quicker I don't think.
I had to wait 2 weeks from booking my holiday for it to be linked to MDE. Its because all your ref numbers get emailed to disney and they do it for you. depending on how many people are booking it could take up to 2 weeks ... for example when the dining plan was released, some people were also waiting a couple of weeks because of a huge influx of bookings

TC usually email you about 5-7 days after you’ve booked with the Disney confirmation number you need to link your booking. Hope this helps
