Recommendations Gulf Coast hotel

Hi

Looking at Dorian's path I'm thinking about moving the family to the gulf coast for a few days, we have tickets for Busch gardens so close to Tampa and would love a sea view.

Any recommendations for a hotel for a few days, we'd prefer a family of 4 in one room, all adult sized.

Thanks

Depending on budget I can recommend both of these,

Opal sands in Clearwater beach. Every room has a private balcony which looks over the gulf coast. Amazing hotel.
Best we have stayed in around this area!

Thanks both.

I was just looking at Opal Sands, looks amazing.

I'll look at the others now though.

You can actually be lucky and get a villa in some of the areas for a few days which are better priced than a hotel, can get own pool an water view as well. Usually you can pick something up for 3 night stay. Worth considering 😊

I eventually booked the Hyatt Regency on Clearwater due to room availability being small in Opal Sands. I'm now sat on the balcony with this view of the gulf

We recently stayed at the Wyndham Grand Clearwater. It’s a lovely hotel, right on the beach with a nice pool and right next to the pier. I would totally recommend it!

Heading to the Sandpearl in Clearwater Beach for the 5th visit in October this year, cannot see past it for location and quality. Next door to Clearsky Cafe also which is ace for food and drink.
