After 25 years in the IT and Online Security industry I’m all too aware of virus and the platforms they can infect.
Assuming no one has managed to get into the web server, it’s possibly a rogue advert on the main page.

The forum pages redirect from http to https, but seems I could get an http page on the home page, but am redirected to the 3rd party scam site.

Saying that, appears I can’t get it reoccur now.

I did block the domain showing in your screenshot in the google console. So hopefully that has stopped the advert showing. But these people are very good at getting these popup adverts through Google so it doesn't show for the staff checking the adverts for non compliance.

Fair enough. Just spent enough time removing viruses from iOS devices and Macs over a similar number of years. Most owners think that they don't need antivirus software because "iOS/Mac never get viruses". Still, kept me in work 😉
