What a shame that the builders have gone. I really feel your pain. I find it hard to trust any tradesmen after our experiences but I am sure you will find some good ones. It is so difficult and stressful going through something like that and I really hope you get back on track soon

The random pipe is diverting water as there was a live water pipe that we are waiting to have capped off
