Has anyone eaten at Sebastian bistro?

The restaurant looks lovely and it would be nice to have a chill out evening at the resort without bothering with transportation.
But... I am concerned because it has now closed for lunch... why? Is it not getting the business? Is it not that good?
If it’s really quiet will the food be fresh and up to scratch?
👍🏻
Hi
I’ve read lots of good reviews on Sebastian’s too.
It was open for lunch when the new OPR opened, but the QS in OPR wasn’t.
I think CBR must have had a lot of complaints that the QS was closed at lunchtime as not long after opening the QS lunch opened up & then Sebastian’s closed at lunchtime.

Hopefully someone that has eaten there will be able to answer your question though. 😊

Here's an interesting article from WDWnt re the times of the Skyliner for last few days of Sept.

I can see his point re location, but those pirate rooms are a lot more expensive than all other room types.
If they were standard rooms in Trinidad I'd def want to stay there though 😊

Edit: oops this was in response to video summersun posted, for some reason 'quote' didn't work 😁

When we booked last year to get the free dining plan the ony option was Trinidad.

Disney must have held the rest back.

Gutted we missed going on the skyliner. They looked amazing, so much better then I thought they would. Hopefully we'll get to go on them some time soon 😊

Enjoy your countdown
I'm "working from home" on FastPass day, luckily for me my boss is a Disney nut so understands completely what I need to do! It normally takes me about an hour of concentrated work to get all the FPs sorted out and booked. But that reminds me - I need to print off our itinerary so I have something to work from !

Fantastic, I hope you can land what you are looking for. Good luck... albeit in 9 days time

I can't wait to hear about it.
I've got to wait until December until it's my turn 😊
The sky liner opens the day after we arrive. I will report back! Buzzing is an understatement!

It’s good to know you’ve got a fab location though. Must be great having Spyglass on your doorstep 😊
