Universal hotels no availability on hotels.com

Hi,

I've been watching the prices for RPR and HRH to book using the clubcard points. Yesterday, they had no availability! I thought maybe they'd sold out, but I checked lots of other dates too and no availability!

Does anyone know if this is normal? And seen it before and they come back?

I'm going to need a plan B if I can't get my express pass stay via clubcard.

That’s interesting. I booked the HRH a few days ago for my dates next August with Hotels.com and, looking now, there are none of their hotels showing up for my dates. I wonder if this happens from time to time? I hope they come back up for you soon 🤷🏼

I wonder if it's anything to do with Amoma going bust and people rebooking?

That is strange - we just used our clubcard vouchers to book on hotels.com on Sunday with no problem. Had a look at our dates just now, and it’s showing no availability. Other sites still show availability, so maybe hotels.com are just doing some kind of update with Universal hotels and it’s a temporary thing?

I was coming on to say the same thing, there was nothing anywhere in Orlando for any dates in August next year, also checked London for something else and nothing there either, hopefully it's just a glitch.

Must be a glitch then - my search is showing plenty of other Orlando hotels available, just not the Universal ones. It sounds like they’re already getting some of it back online.

I really hope it's a glitch and they haven't stopped selling via hotels.com.

I’m assuming if we’ve already booked they won’t cancel the reservations if they’re not selling them anymore?

It seems to be showing Sapphire Falls (for my dates), but no other Universal hotels that I can see.
