We keep ours on a Caravan Club site. It is a locked and camera covered compound situated at the back of the caravan site. It's not cheap but it's safe has a maintainance area, it also makes our insurance a bit less expensive. (we are not allowed to keep it outside the house)

Ah welcome to my world ..

My son has a race car , that is completely covered over with a car cover so you can’t see what’s underneath. It’s also right down the back of my drive .. usually with our Discovery in front of it .

The people attached to our house ( so can’t even see it from their house ) are vile about it .. we’ve had threats to smash it up and all kinds ..

It’s been uncovered and struck up maybe 10 times this year in total.

But it’s just another thing for them to moan about .. they aren’t happy unless they are moaning .

The mere fact that you are worried about this and seeking advice - compared to their approach of being quite frankly very rude - speaks volumes about your character compared to theirs.

It’s your life, your money, your drive. Enjoy the caravan x

That’s shocking. Can’t you fit cameras to catch them?

Our deeds do have a restriction on caravans, motor homes and boats being parked on the property.

A lot of title deeds forbid caravans because let’s face it nobody wants to be looking out onto one. Would you get planning permission to build something in your drive that looked as hideous? Never.

If I was your neighbour I’d probably hate it but would suffer in silence because it is is your right to have one.

Dont feel the need to have the “Dibb guilt” ... it influences many on here
It either breaches restrictive covenants on your deeds or any local planning laws. If no to both, your land, your choice
