So... after a tough morning with DD2 (she is suffering with anxiety)... she has very poor attendance (school) since Sept and I worry about both her education and mental health, it's a very tricky balance.

I have contacted her counsellor to arrange that I sit in on their session later today = positive move.

I have contacted DD2's school to seek further support and already received a good reply = positive move.

Her counsellor has said she can liaise with both the school and /or our GP if necessary = positive move.

DH was wandering down the garden and he spotted that one of Abby's bulbs was flowering already, just one, only a week after planting them, wasn't expecting to see anything until the spring = positive sign.

I have felt close to tears all morning so needed to write this down to focus on the positives.

Can you spot the tiny flower head, in purple, Abby's favourite colour.
