What lounge are Virgin using in T1 - Manchester

We have rebooked for next year and our info has come through for terminal 1. I have been in touch with VH and they say that at the moment they have no access to any lounges in T1

I really hope they re-open T2 before we go. Does anyone have any information on this?

Do you mean for UC customers or to replace the v-room? If our flight goes from T1 in Dec I expect UC passengers to placed in the Escape Lounge as we are in T2.

We haven't been notified regarding the terminal change for our December flight.

We haven't by Virgin, it was Manchester Airport who emailed last week moving our car park booking from T2 to T1 because they are closing T2 'until further notice'.

Probably let us know when we pay our balance at the end of the month.

For UC customers. When I spoke to VH the lady had to speak to her manager and when she came back she told me that I was the first person to ask and that at the moment they had no access to any lounges in T1 and that maybe they would reopen T2 when flying got back to normal.

I need to book car parking too but may just wait a couple of months.

Whatever the state of play with the lounges there's no way I'd swap to LHR from MAN. We only live 25 mins from the airport.
