Virgin AOA

We have a villa booked through Virgin AOA. Downloaded paperwork. One bit says meet rep at airport for keys, another says go to Contempo office as they cannot have reps on site at airport!

Anyone been recently who can clarify?

We got ours at the airport but it was a couple not years ago. We did have to go to the office the next day to register.

We did the same as Fluffychicken (in 2013).
When we went this September there were Virgin reps in the same place at the airport so I presume it's still the same.

Although re reading your post, the keys are in a lock box at the villa. It's just the address/code you get from the reps

Did you book direct with Virgin Holidays? We're going next month and our paperwork from Virgin says "Please ensure that you meet your Virgin Holidays representative on arrival to obtain driving directions and key details to your villa. If you are arriving into Orlando on an internal flight or driving from another resort you will need to collect your keys at Contempo Management Office"

We've never booked a Villa with Virgin Holidays before but have seen their reps at the Airport and pass the desk on the way to get the rental car so will stop off there first.

We've gone for a "select" Villa so hoping it lives up to our expectations after having some excellent Villas in the past!

Hi we are here now. Go to the alamo desk and just in front of there is a Virgin holidays rep who will have accommodation details. We went to contempo this morning to register nice and easy took all of 10 minutes :-)

You will meet the rep at MCO but will need to visit contempo within 24 hours of arrival, these are our managers...
