I can’t thank you all enough for all your replies.. it’s really put my sister in law at ease..

Yes insurance have been informed and policy updated.. that was first port of call when she was diagnosed..

Luckily she isn’t light sensitive.. and funnily enough her last 2 big seizures were at her time of the month but luckily the lamotrigine has controlled them..

We are 2 families travelling and my sons are 2 & 5 so we’ve only planned half days at a time in the parks so hopefully that will help with the tiredness..

Wear sunglasses or hat when the sun is lower as this can create a flashing like light when your travelling in the car etc if its flickering between trees or buildings. Always gives me a headache thankfully I only have mild TLE. Mine was also linked to Hormones.

Thanks, i hadnt thought of that, its all a huge learning curve for what helps symptoms etc as DDhas learning difficulties too.
