We might have imagined it but Galaxy's Edge had water fountains for filling bottles and the water seemed to be chilled and filtered (so not warm and chemically like most of the fountains).

We tried using the water dispenser in Cosmic Rays in magic kingdom as we had brought refillable bottles but the water tasted rank 🤢
