Same here.

I have seen the CAA responding to complaints on Twitter saying that they will only contact you if they need additional information for your claim.

Not that this is helpful or reassuring in any way...

Happy to say my refund has just been paid into my bank account, I'd checked earlier and it wasn't there,saw someone on FB say that theirs had just gone in,so checked mine again,and it's there.No emails from them and I hadn't phoned them,so pleased,hope the rest of you are refunded soon x

No email yet, but bank account credited with the sum of our debit card payments from "Rightpath Insurance"?... Gotta be the ATOL payment, methinks, but an email would've been nice. Off to check spam filter...

Update: Rightpath is one of the CAA's three insurers, so all good

I've not had an email either,but the payment is in,lots are getting the email a few days later to say their refund will be paid into their account

We applied at 9.03am and nothing yet.

Claimed on the 7th at 09:00 - with debit card. Paid in full on Tuesday.
