Where would you add in Universal?

Our stay isn't until Sept and we have never been before so can only really say what we plan to do rather then any advice based on experience. We are staying on site at Disney and plan to go to Universal/IOA/Volcano Bay during our stay. I have picked one day each week to go to Universal/IOA (weekday) as I thought this might break it up a little. We plan on using UBER/LYFT to get to the universal parks. It seems like lots of people do this whilst staying at Disney, so I am hoping it works out okay! I did consider staying at universal also but I didn't like the idea of unpacking/repacking.

So we took the plunge and added 2 nights at RPR before our 14 nights at YC- so excited! Will get the 14 passes so will plan another day back there during our Disney stay. Not sure now whether to get the tickets to include VB too. Is it worth a visit ir will we have enough with TL and BB?
