We have had our direct debit payments back but we paid by debit card to upgrade the flights. Made the claim first thing on 7th Oct but we have had nothing yet. I know the 60 days isn't up but its so frustrating xx

Well, after eventually getting through the application process and getting a reference number on the afternoon of the 7th... that's me only just got the request for additional information last night.
Luckily we transacted entirely online so we're able to get the evidence together and sent back quickly. Got an automated response this morning saying we'd hear from them in the next 60 days. Not pleased at that at all. |

I too applied on the morning of the 7th and got an email last night asking for further information. I've read that people that have had to submit further into are being told another 60 days to process. I hope that's not the case.

I also submitted on the 7th but haven’t heard anything yet.
They’ve stated refunds will be due within the 60 days so I’m hoping that’s still the case. It’s getting harder to stay patient though! |

We’ve just had the ‘provide extra evidence’ email and it states another 60 days to process assuming that the evidence is accepted!
I’m in the situation where I’m unable to provide some of it as we paid cash and the ‘printers were down’ so couldn’t get a receipt. Typically we now can’t find the emails either. So looks like we’ve lost hundreds 😢 |

I sent off my email with evidence of payments etc on Saturday night and just received an email back this morning saying they acknowledge receipt of my email and I should receive a response in the next 28 working days.
