Fast Pass Changes 16th November. Not Good

We were in the MK today and had our usual 3 pre booked FPs. Did the first one and tried to bring the second one forward.

All changed! No longer do you go into the screen the same way to amend the time. Also the options for Morning. Afternoon. Evening have gone. Now it's just 11.00am, 12.00pm etc etc.
As it was a Saturday no chance to change anyhow!

But the big change is it doesn't offer you alternatives anymore. You used to for example try and change the time for BTMR and it would offer you different times and different rides. Not any more!

Plus it was soooo slow. Maybe as it's a new change.

All in all crap.

You can still do it on the web page apparently but it’s a faff. It’s probably all in prep for the fastpass for galaxys edge or the paid fastpass system they keep banging on about . We couldnt either get mde to load at all on 4 different phones or actually get any further FP last week , we just gave up with the rides.

If I was using my phone on WiFi I would smash it!
Thank goodness my Wife has the EE Max Plan so free data.
Today is actually the first time we have had issues.

I spotted what Disney have done for you. Well done but not what you wanted as you just required what you paid for and expected.

It’s good of them to offer but I shouldn’t have had to complain so many times in the first instance really . Once should have been enough .

We had the 3 data plan but just couldnt get mde to load , saying that though we had immense problems with our magic bands and charging as well . Loved it when Disney asked me to email their IT dept you can imagine my polite reply to front desk :

Hope you get it resolved and have a great time

I gather is an Apple phone you are using as my understanding is that this is only applicable to the newly released iPhone version of MDE. You can still can do it the old way on the web pages which you can still access on a mobile.

Urrgghhh not being able to easily modify fast passes on an iPhone is a huge disappointment! We could easily move our forward and would have all 3 done within the first hour leaving the rest of the day to get more. Also not offering alternative rides is so frustrating - we really enjoyed the system and rode our favourite rides multiple times using this system.

I really hope they change this!

Having read the report on it on Kenny the Pirates page it seems you can still either modify the time or modify the ride but both have to be done separately. Not as bad as I first thought as generally I would either be looking to change a time or looking to modify it to something else but still a pain for some.
