We flew Heathrow to Seoul, South Korea, then Seoul to Narita, Japan and the same route back.
We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel as it was late at night, but there were shuttles/trains available earlier.
We used the shinkansen to get to Nagoya and Kyoto.
When in Tokyo, our hotel had a shuttle bus to take us to and from Disneyland

We found that it was still quieter than Disney World in the summer! Average about 30 minute wait for rides, and the crowd levels weren't too bad. We found the fastpasses easy to get
