Buying food airside at MCO

Is there anywhere we can get food to take on the plane home airside at MCO, like a sandwich deal or something ?

Unfortunately the filters don't stay when I link

Assuming you're flying back direct to the UK on VS or BA? You need to filter "gates 70-99 airside" then "restaurants".

A bit more choice in the last couple of years but sadly the sandwich shop nothing to write home about.

I’d get your sandwich outside the airport. Subway / wawa/ earl of sandwich. Even before security in MCO has plenty of choice.

Then just pick up a drink airside.

My link can be re-filtered to "main terminal"

The newsagents near the virgin gates had sandwiches in the fridges and snacks. All pricey.

We always get whatever we need before going through security as once through the choice isn't great IMO.

The WHSmiths type shop sells sandwiches as well and there’s a smaller sandwich snack place nearer the gates rather than entrance to terminal. We flew home Norwegian 2018 and the chicken sandwich I had from the newsagents was delicious!

I’ve never bought food for the journey home, but we do always have a meal at the Outback Steakhouse in the terminal. That way we know we’ve had a good meal before getting on the plane, in case we don’t like the meal on the plane.
