Magicband upgrade issue - anyone else?
Hi,
So yesterday I ordered upgraded bands for my husband, daughter and myself but after paying it only registered my order. According to the email I only ordered mine and now I can't upgrade my husband and daughters cause the button disappeared. Any idea who I contact? Thanks Gem💜

So spoke to Disney, nothing can be done till we arrive cause they don't know what bands will actual go in the box till we receive them which of course is when we get there.

It let all 4 of mine go through (eventually after many days attempting and could only get 2nd/3rd choices-) confirmation email shows 4 but on my Disney experience the picture where my daughters band should be is blank- so I'm concerned hers won't be there. I was thinking of calling to check but reading this makes me feel I'd be wasting my time.
