At Guest Services I presume (Simon Centre) I think the desk is near the food court, not far from the Body Shop /Cinnabon as I recall

Yes at guest services. We used the tickets today with no problems. They have a barcode printed on them which scans at the entry points so you don't have to exchange them at the desks for anyone worried about using them.
