I'm not a fan of Pondersosa but GC is a must for us! Sure, it's not fine dining but we love it!

I went with the missus to the one near universal back in 2012 for breakfast and that single visit put us off, it really was rough but people had multi plates piled high and seemed to love it. I didn’t like ponderosa either.

Surprised that people are comparing it to a Disney resuturant (I’ve never eaten in one but I assumed the quality must be high for so many to visit them).

There is lots of food but really low quality. The orange juice was good. We didn’t eat much but left feeling a bit ill.

Admittedly we are not breakfast people (unless it’s a English style breakfast) we also tried Denny’s and didn’t like it either, again lots of food for the price but there wasn’t any thing gratifying about it.

I'm fussy but we go for breakfast. It doesn't appeal for meals.

Yes it's plastic plates and can be busy, but from a breakfast point of view chefs would struggle to mess up the cooking and we tend to get a "good fill" before hitting the parks.

I've a big appetite as I burn off food quickly and often have a 4 course breakfast including fruit salad, pancakes, fried and finished off with countless pastries and sweet cakes (obviously for energy).

Yes you will get people piling their plates with countless pancakes and cream and then leaving it, but that happens on all inclusive holidays too as they are shameless. Only difference being in GC they are not Russians.

Give it a go and see what is there to loose?
