The day before left for our holiday (4 weeks ago) Disney announced that it was expanding the online ordering system to allow people with the DDP to order food online.

Despite the heavy advertising we were shocked at how few people were using it... sometimes there was huge lines to order the conventional way but we would only see a few people picking up at the online order window.

We loved it, we got to pick a table, sit and go through the menu, order without having to shout over crowd noise to be heard, there was no language or accent barrier and no waiting inline! Once the order is ready you get a message telling you to pick up your food at the window.

If say a meal comes with coleslaw and side salad and you don't want it is there a bit where you can say that?

Yes. After choosing an entree, for example, there's a further screen for options related to that entree.
