We have never had any left! Last time we ate round the World at Food & Wine Festival, sharing one thing from each booth, and used up many of our snack credits in one day!

I know what people mean about a bottle of Coke or a coffee being a 'waste' of a snack credit, but if you're going to have them left over then it isn't a waste.

We do lots of Signature meals so save up our TS credits from offsite or off plan days. We mostly used our CS credits for a big breakfast at our resort and then didn't need anything till dinner.

Also, we don't go in the summer. We have only been twice, once in Dec 2010 when it was freezing cold, minus 2 some days, and we wore thick winter coats every day. The second time was Nov 2014 and most days were 22-25 with a few bitterly cold evenings. So we didn't have the problem of heat reducing your appetite.

I know people often share CS meals with their children, but we don't have children so a CS meal each is usually right for us.

Weve had free ddp 4 or 5 Times, the first 2 Times I was quite conscious to maximise our credits and not ‘waste’ any on low cost items. Both times we brought home a giant stack of sweets and cookies from the resort shop and Goofys. These treats remained in our cupboards for months on end and I ended up chucking some out(this was after we’d doled loads of them out to friends and family). The last few times we have used our credits as a nd when we wanted them, not concerned with ‘wasted’ credits and value of items. We have STILL ended up with credits left over(mainly cs, not so many snack credits) so there is ample food in the dining plan(we have standard plan and 2teenagers). We rarely use credits for water as we are quite happy with Florida water from the fountains, but we generally have a daily frappachino from Starbucks.

Well there's three of us, and for two weeks having 42 snack credits, it's always been a struggle, I mean things like Gaston's cinnamon roll with extra icing is one snack credit, and it's enough for two, plus our last two trips have been during the F&W festival and one day we ate that much around the booths using snack credits, we couldn't manage anything else at night...This year we have 84 to use up..Man V Food..

We've done DDP twice and both times it was QS credits we were left with. We ended up buying tons of sweets at Goofys but they were a waste really as although we gave a lot away as gifts we still ended up throwing loads away. We used a lot of our snacks at Starbucks for iced coffee, but I would love to visit during F&W as I don't think we'd have any problems then!

We used loads during F&W last year one lunch time but even then it was only 8 between us. We shared a couple of things and used credits for water.
To be fair though, I think we’d have ran out if things had worked out differently. We were there during Irma which changed a lot of our plans plus often it’s not a snack item you want at the time you’re hungry. We had plans to use snack credits at AK one day but ended up paying OOP for Tusker House as the item we wanted for breakfast wasn’t available.
As said, people have snack credits left over for lots of reasons.

Yeah I agree even with two kids we totally had about 19 snacks left after ten nights. It's bizarre

It’s just too much food I think. If you use them for pastries for breakfast daily I imagine that would use a lot more but I don’t want a pastry for breakfast every day for two weeks it would take too many weeks to get the weight off after the trip! Over the years we have learnt to use ours for teas and coffees in the parks rather than just have them left over. I am confident however that my 19 year old food machine son will devour every last credit available to him and no doubt many of his sisters too 😉

There are food banks, charities etc that would welcome packaged food from snack credits rather then giving it back to Disney profits. If its something like trail mix there's a bit of nutritional value but I'm sure the homeless would be very happy with a couple of squares of Ghirardelli to go with a meal

We will definitely have some snack credits left over. The main reason will be that we are paying OOP for some restaurant meals as we are on the QS dining plan, therefore we will inevitably end up converting some QS meals to snacks at the end of the holiday. My 5 year old isn't a big eater, so we will be sharing 3 meals between 4 of us most of the time.
I actually have a list of snacks I want to try!

The 'snack' I have most often in Disney is a frozen margarita of some description, if they counted as a credit I'd plough through mine easily
