Should we expect anything in the post?
This is our first onsite stay and I know that magic bands and luggage tags aren't sent to international guests but I've seen somewhere that some people do receive some documentation through the post.
We booked through Charter Travel and Richard kindly sent me a screenshot of the booking which looked like it was from a TA version of the Disney booking site - are we likely to receive any magical mail in the coming weeks?

Usually you do get a little pack with some vouchers, a little book of magic and some luggage tags. If the $200/$100 gift card was included a voucher for that comes too.
I found a photo of one of ours. edited to actually add the photo

We booked through Thomas cook in 2015 and I don't think we received anything in the post. We picked up our magic bands and our $200 voucher on check in.

Oh wow we went in 2016, booked direct with Disney but sadly no luggage tags for us. We did get the welcome book and gift card voucher though.

I thought you only received the pack if you booked direct with Disney? Hopefully someone will confirm or correct me. I know we didn't get anything when we booked with Thomson (Tui) in 2016

I thought it was only if you booked with Disney too. I've booked with both Thomas Cook and TUI and nothing.

We booked with my magic holiday and our pack arrived about a week and a half ago. It was sent from my magic holiday to us with the rest of our travel documents. So you do get it with some travel agents. It was about 2-3 weeks before departure
