Eventually though, if everyone has FOLP doesn’t that mean nobody has FOLP?

We’ve been 3 or 4 times in August, some days it’s busy, some days it’s not, but we would never do Universal without FOLP.
I’d find the extra 600 notes and stay at RPR, no question. |

Thanks for all the replies, lots to think about. We loved RPR and would go back in a heartbeat, it’s just so much more because of Folp. Think I will just have to see what funds are like when it comes to booking!

Stuck in the Tower of Terror

Oh dear, worried now, as we're going August but don't have FOLP. I just can't justify the expense on top of everything else We've got 14 day passes so hoping that we'll be able to get on everything at some point.

I think if you are spending several days in the park there isn't too much of a problem. We will only be doing 2 days so that is why we will go with RPR x

depends when in august
last year we had FOLP 3rd week in august and did everything we wanted numerous times as expected we went back last week in august for the day and did everything we wanted with exception of minions without FOLP as the crowds had dropped considerably... sinlge ridered a few rides which reduces waits so imo early august FOLP is a massive boon , very late August probably not needed but as always a nice brucey bonus to have |

I like this idea! We'll be able to walk on everything whilst everyone else queues in the FOLP lane!

with 7 days it's really doable without Express Passes
you just need to go to the parks for early entry, then leave the parks around noon to avoid large crowds, and go back in the evening, for the last couple of hours if you had only 2 or 3 days, I would have advised for RPR and Express passes but with 7 days you'll have more than enough time to enjoy both the parks and the hotels |

I can’t do Universal without FOLP. We go at peak times and I can’t stand all the queuing - It takes the fun out of it for me. You however are there for 7 days which gives you plenty of time to do everything so if your kids are not as whingey as mine are whilst standing in queues then I think you’ll be ok

Excited about Disney
|
I've gone for 1 night at RPR during our stay. It was £231 on Expedia so I figured that with 4 of us it was worth it. We have the 14 day tickets but plan to really blitz universal in those 2 days of FOLP and then only go back for things without queues or if we love it so much we are happy to queue longer.
