Tusker House?

Was looking at Tusker House for a nice/fancy lunch however I just looked at the price and it’s quite expensive so wanted to know if you felt it was worth it?

We hated it. The character interaction was good but the spices etc were not to our taste. The was stale too. The only thing we liked was the desserts lol

It’s the best onsite character meal there is IMO. Food wise there are the usual American offerings as well as a chance to taste some African fare, we’ve always found the quality and range to be very even with 2 fussy eaters

I didn't think that $34.99 was that bad for a lunch, especially when it is all you can eat. I probably wouldn't eat again the rest of the day except a small snack.

Not sure if I wanted something that was nice/fancy I would choose Tusker House though, I suppose I wouldn't class a buffet as fancy just because I have to go and fetch my own food. If I wanted something fancier at AK I would probably pick Tiffins (although that is signature so more expensive) Or I would choose Yak & Yeti

You should be able to sample lunch at breakfast prices if you book an ADR around 10.30/10.45. They start bringing out lunch food at 11ish. If you're paying OOP as we are I think this is a good plan!

Nope hated it, very rushed, poor character interaction, non existent server, food was just ok although the kids weren’t impressed. Not worth the $ and the 18% tip (party of 7) just made it even worse

We loved it 2Ads and a 6 yr old. We ate around the end of b/f start of lunch time so got the best of both. It's high on our list to book for next year.

I think lunch and dinner are around $60 per adult aren't they?
I don't think it's worth that.
I think the Breakfast is good value at $35 per adult. We've had late breakfast ADR's around 10.45am when we've been and so been able to try lunch dishes too.
Personally I think the breakfast foods are nicer than the lunch foods.
We are doing a late breakfast again next month 😊

We can only get a 10.45 breakfast. Will they still have the breakfast buffet? Not fussed on the lunch menu. Struggling with a lot of adrs because 8 of us 😀
