Not aware of the timeshare element of the resort but the question of breakfast was specific to the Orlando hotel as we'd been getting different answers on what was provided. The question was clear and the answer was clear. The responses I've kindly received from you all has made me realise that we were misled in order to secure our booking.
The agent is being very helpful now in trying to resolve.

Yes we posted the question 2 weeks after booking as we were concerned that the hotel didn't actually provide breakfast as we were advised.

I had a similar issue with VH booked a 2 week holiday and was told free breakfast for the full 2 weeks upon arriving it was only for 1 week.
When I got home I complained and they refunded me some money

We booked with Ocean Florida in 2015, I managed to negotiate free pool heating in our villa with them at the time as this was a perk travel city direct had on at the time for their bookings. This was all done over the phone, when I got all my confirmation emails through the pool heat was not included on our booking. One quick phone call and I explained everything, what date and time I called, who I had spoken too. They said they would have to go back and listen to the tapes - as remember every call is recorded. And a few days later I was re-issued my holiday confirmation including free pool heat for the 3 weeks we were there. So if your not getting anywhere with them, ask them to listen to the phone conversation.
