Adding someone to Disney booking

Hi all, I’m planning on booking a week onsite with free QSDP for November 2019, the booking is for me, DH and DD 13 and 9, our DS starts uni this September so is unlikely to come, but would I be able to add him on much later still getting the free dining plan for him even when the offer has finished if it turned out he could come? Thanks

Yes, no problem and he will get the FD. You will just need to add his tickets. Obviously you will need to be in a room that takes 5.

Thanks pad406, yes it’s CBR I’m probably going to book which takes 5, just means my youngest will have a roll down bed I think🙂

We had to do it in 2014 as my SIL couldn't decide whether or not she was letting our nephew come with us, so I booked for the 4 of us and when she finally decided then added him on. My DD (then 12, but tall) slept in the pull down and was very happy with it.

I had to do over the phone though, tried emailing and got this back

"While we sincerely appreciate your request, this electronic mail
department does not have the capability to access the reservation system
and confirm your vacation details. Please feel free to call the Disney
Reservations Center at 407-934-7639 (407 W-DISNEY) and one of our agents
would be happy to confirm your reservation details and add your newphew
to your current reservations for December."
