Virgin given us 3 gift cards on one room?

Virgin have given us 3 $200 gift cards for next year

I've double and triple checked our booking, and under extras it says 3 x $200 gift cards.

I rang to check and they confirmed that they were added on there by the TA that took our reservation.

As long as I get the 1 I'm entitled to I'm happy - the other 2 are a bonus but just wondered if anyone else had a gift card mix up with Virgin?

Unfortunately it didn't last long, they were removed.

There was a thread about this the other day, I think when you log into Disney it shows 1

We booked two separate holidays ( group booking)
Room 1 had 2 cards
Room 2 had 1 card
We noticed they missed something of the order and when they added back on it reverted back to correct entitlement

Our booking (made on promo release day) showed 5 x gift cards. They've just emailed me an amendment showing 1 gift card. Looks like they're working through bookings correcting them.

We had 4 showing as an obvious error and today got a holiday update email and they’ve corrected it now

I just got that email too- couldn't work out what they amended but realise now it was the gift card!

Hi, this happened to our booking. 3 weeks ago when the confirmation email arrived under Extras it said 2 $200 gift cards, got an updated email today...1 $200 gift card
