when will BA flights be on sale for summer 2019?

Always booked a package previously well in advance ( 18 months ) however next year we are looking at New York for a few days then onto Florida to head for the keys for a few days then a road trip up to Orlando. Looking to go once the schools break up in July. Wanting to fly ideally from Manchester but don’t mind indirect, when will flights with BA be on sale ? I always thought it would be 11 months prior however having just read a thread on here for August 18 flights I can see people booked them as early as June 17.

I think it's only BA package deals that can be booked early. Flight or fly drive can only be booked 11 months ahead. We booked a fly drive in Sept 17 for Aug 18. We aren't having the car for the whole time and fly to Tampa, home from Miami. Benefit of booking as a fly drive and not flight only is that I could pay a deposit only and balance much nearer the time

Yes that’s what we are hoping to do book a package with the car to be picked up in Florida.

Packages (flight plus car, or flight plus hotel), are not available until they release their flights which is 355 days before. So you won't be able to book a package until 355 days before your return date.

We booked our BA flydrive (Manchester flights to jfk, flight to Orlando and pick up car there) for end of July in early September which was just as they became available to book.
