Where to put API Address on TUI Website - Help

Hi,

We're flying TUI in August and I've gone to put the API details in. However I am stumped by it as they ask for the first nights address but nowhere on the API form can I find somewhere to input it. It has all the Passport details etc but nothing else.

Rang TUI and they reckon that I should just ignore it as the first night address is not mandatory for the USA even though their website says they require it - the call centre guy was not interested.

Is this normal or have other Dibbers been able to insert their address on the TUI API webpage?

had exactly the same thing a few years back, it all depends on where you are staying if it is a villa like we was we put in the hotel beds office address which is who thomson/tui used when we went for the first time in 2014.

I've not even got a section to input any address into on the TUI API webpage whether its a villa or hotel - that's what is concerning me - don't want to get to departure day and have a major airport issue.

The TUI call centre guy seemed useless tbh and didn't have a clue and kept on saying i'll give you the address for your ESTA and didn't seem to know what API was.

Just had a look at my API on my booking with TUI for August and there is no where to put an address either hadn't looked before now, there definitely was last year as i remember filling it out.

don't worry

if you need to enter that information, it will be required at online check in, or at the airport check in

and you will also need to write down this information on the customs form (you should still be given one on the flight in case the kiosks are down) or on the kiosk itself when you enter the US

If I remember rightly at the immigration desk if you look behind you on the pillar there was a poster/plaque with the addresses on for different company villas.
