How do the alcoholic drinks credits work on DDP ?
I was just wondering how the drinks credit is applied.
We have a couple of 2ts meals - does this mean you get 2 drinks or 1 ? Or is it all credited as points - I didn't think they'd want you having all 14 drinks on the first day |

I would presume you would just get one at 2TS meals? Could be wrong though as they don't count drinks separate to the tokens or has that changed?

Each meal comes with a drink. The only thing that's changed is that this can now be alcoholic.
You can't use DDP to get an alcoholic drink outside of a meal |

You will only get one drink at the 2ts meal
You can have an alcoholic drink with qs meal too though. Some have very good options especially Epcot |

So I can have a glass of wine at Wolfgang Puck at my QS dinner ? I did not know that ... bit gutted about only getting one drink at Cali Grill though.

There are no alcoholic drink credits. The drink you can get with your meal can now be alcoholic, that’s all.

Never been to wolgang puck to know if they serve wine, but if they do then yes you can order that.
Even before you were allowed an alcoholic drink on the dining plan, you were only allowed 1 non-alcoholic drink at signatures, as well as normal 1TS restaurants - although admittedly these were refillable. As others have said, it is not separate credits, just like non-alcoholic drinks weren't, it is part of your meal credit

Some decent drinks on the QS as well - a few places do cocktails, alcoholic milkshakes at D Lux Burger, lots of lager options too
Only place you miss out is Magic Kingdom as no alcohol there on QS |
