Mobile *groan* is anybody else using OLCI and NOT Savetime?

We are using OLCI with Alamo as per virgins instructions..
If you are using / have used Alamo's OLCI, what did you take with you to the garage?
Just the barcode? Or barcode and 6 page rental agreement ?
I'm only asking AGAIN as Virgin and Alamo being less than helpful.

You need to bring the barcode and rental agreement, something like 7 or so pages if I remember correctly. Ive done it twice and never had a problem, booked with Virgin.

Thankyou , that's what I'm afraid of.
Due to a glitch on the site for virgin/alamo check in , it won't let us back in to the site to print off the rental agreement (printer died the first time)
We have the barcode but no agreement .
Spent an hour at the travel agents yesterday and still they can't help us or fix the glitch

Have you tried to do OLC again? I've heard people on here say to do that when they forgot to print the agreement. Might be worth a try?

Wing it with just the barcode. I've been straight to the garage without the 7 page thing and had no problem.
I've never done olci either

Yeah that's where the glitch is we try to log in again but it says there is a problem with the card(there's not). Alamo and Virgin know about the glitch but still haven't fixed it in over a week!

Can't you do save time as well as olci. That way you could print bar codes whilst on website.

Well, maybe just take the barcode. To be honest, I don't think they ever looked at my agreement, I took it because I was told I had to but as someone else just mentioned, they never took the agreement, just the barcode and never had a problem.

We have done both and have a barcode and instructions to go straight to the garage but no rental agreement, but I am willing to wing it!
