Mobile Disney ultimate ticket question

Evening
Looking to book the ultimate 14 day ticket but have two questiona if you can help

1) is this park hopper?
2) Memory Maker - can someone explain the advantage of this? We have always just given them our camera to take a photo. Are the digital photos you have access to free?

Thanks!

Yes, ultimate tickets are park hoppers. They give you hopping access to the parks and waterpark s as well as a free game if mini golf every day plus access to Disney quest while it's still open, altjough that could change at any time so isn't written in the benefits - we just know they still work as people are using them.

Memory maker gets you all your ride photos and photos that you can have by photographers around the park for free. They're in digital format so you can download and print them.

It still says begore 4pm, but have heard of people using it later so don't know how strictly it's enforced.
