Cruise in the Far East - a new experience

Going to be cruising from Seoul to Tokyo in a couple of weeks time , first time in the region and first cruise on NCL.

Incheon
Jeju
Ishigaki
Okinawa (Naha)
Oshima
Kochi
Osaka/Kyoto
Shimizu
Yokahama

been learning both Korean and Japanese so confident ive enough to get by (part of the fun for me)
any questions i will be happy to answer, or anyone done similar grateful for your suggestions (we have a lot planned including pre and post cruise touring in South Korea (Seoul) and Japan (Kansai region)

That sounds fantastic - looking forward to reading reports.

I’m in Seoul right now for work and was in Japan last week - I’d love to visit both areas for vacation.

Next job is to research your cruise - I hope you have a great time, sooooooo jealous!

Looking forward to it, got 4 full days in Seoul to start with! and then a week in Japan to finish.

I travel quite a bit for work too, never the same is it!

I was doing a similar cruise in a couple of weeks with Princess, I’m not now due to personal reasons but was really looking forward to it, somewhere a bit different! Was also going to Tokyo Disney.

I have done 4 cruises with NCL, really enjoyed them as all had great itineraries - hope you do a trip report!

just back (yesterday), wow is all I can say!

I will pull a report together, the cruise did not go to plan (due to weather) but both South Korea and Japan were wonderful

NCL Spirit is a wonderful little ship and in mint condition (we bought 8 credits for future NCL cruises so must have made an impression)
