How does Epic change itineraries?

Weve bought the express passes for it. We go in August and put it in on our 5th full day after a rest day and VB day so we can try and get everything done in a full day there

First Trip - 1 night Lowes Portofino - late checkout (Amex FHR) - 2 days express was plenty.
2nd (Solo) 3 nights Surfside - loved this hotel even more and did 3 park days shopping bit of extra i drive bits - solo rider helped.

this trip (next year) 3 nights Stella Nova and 1 night Loews Portofino.

my husband isn't really a water park person but i do want to do volcano bay but im not worried about extra time there - im hoping midweek early march wont be too busy.

But year 3 days basically in epic and we are going to get at least 1 day of express for that (2 adults - so worth it a bit more than a whole family).

If however orlando informer have an event around the time we are going we may skip out on the more expensive PF Bay and do another night at Stella.
