You keep the points you list with David's. When they get a taker they contact you to make the reservation. David's may charge their customer say $17 but you may get $14. They send you 70% when the reservation is made and the balance when the renter checks in to the resort

You need to check the exact amounts on their website though

Hi Jason

I have 72 points banked from 2019 that will expire 31st May(June use year). I was going to rent them to the Time Share Store but was informed that as I am an International seller I need to send a W-7 form to the IRS to receive a tax number or i can't sell them. I sent the form 7 weeks ago and still nothing. Do I have any other options?

Yes, you can rent via dvcrequest/
He is in Canada and not tied to the taxation rules they have in the USA, I'm in the Uk and rented some through him a couple of years ago.
