Thanks Claire, they're in California, we've just spoken to them on the Portal. Lovely to see him and our DDIL, but best of all, (shh&#129323 was seeing the 3 grandkids!

Because EVERYONE loves my blue sky photos...

Went out to explore some new trails today and got lost a bit, meaning a planned 7-mile run became 10 miles. By golly was it glorious to be out though - didn't see a single soul for most of it.

also med red pepper quiche from sw magazine, awful. I think I just hate anything with quark, strange as i love their cottage cheese crustless quiche recipe!

Thanks for this - I'll definitely try the black bean truffles. We always have tinned black bean in the house, as a spicy black bean soup is a dinner I make regularly. I'll add dates to my shopping list for when I go to the supermarket later this week!

I’m a bit achey today. Yesterday’s walk was a hard one as I walked with my friend and his legs are much longer than mine and he walks faster so I was struggling to keep up (while being a chatterbox the whole time) 😂
