I didn't feel unsafe at any point, and I am a bit of a worrier/overthinker! I doubt I would visit Kenya independently, but doing it as a tour I would 100% recommend.

Thank you, that’s made me feel better. I’ve found a really good tour company that I’m very confident in. Thinking about booking a few days in Zanzibar as well.
