Job interview help
So, I have got through to the first stage of interview for a job I'm interested in. The job role is an office coordinator role for a utility company which involves minuting meetings, ordering stationery and PPE for those out on site, processing expenses etc and keeping a complaints and communication log up to date.
They have said this telephone interview is a technical interview and if I'm successful I'll have a competency based Teams interview. I'm familiar with competency based questions but I'm really not sure what route this telephone interview will go down and so I feel unprepared. I've already had an informal "chat' with them where I went through my CV and discussed how I feel my skills will fit the role and why I want to work for the company . Any idea what this technical interview could be? |

I'm guessing that while the competency one is a generic set of questions applicable to any role at that level - aiming to assess how you work in teams, deal with pressure etc. the technical one will be specific to the job. So it could be about how you would complete certain tasks, what experience you have with software x etc. Admittedly I'd have called the above a Functional Interview but that's my best guess.

Have you looked on Glassdoor.co.uk to see if others have listed interview questions they have received at that company ?
