Mobile Emptying messages

Hi my personal message inbox and outbox are both full and I want to send a message but it won't let me ,I can't figure out how to empty it ,can someone help? Thanks

Go to your inbox/outbox, tick the boxes on the right for the messages you want to delete, scroll to the bottom where you will see a box with the default 'move to folder'. Click the dropdown and select delete.
